If you are old enough, depends on what you put on it. I

f you create a space with vulgar language and pics, then bad. Especially since employers these days check out sites like MySpace to see what employees(current and prospective) put up. The site shows them what a person is like outside work.

If you create a page for friends and family to see, keep it clean and set the profile to Private, then it can be OK.

Just remember not to post anything you wouldn't want the world to see, even if your profile is private, anyone in your friends list can pull your pics and comments and post them on their pages.

The Space is what you make it to be.

That being said, I think social networking sites in general are bad for anyone under 16.

Colleges can see your myspace, even if it is private. Teachers who have a myspace or facebook are setting a bad example on kids. You should not want the whole world to kanow about you.

I think that myspace is good because thats the way I communicate with all of my friends that I don't see anymore. Its only for communication. Its the people that make myspace bad.
