When I had my own space I used a great website called:

htttp://www.mygen.co.uk

It has some premade layouts but also has ones you can create yourself.

I was able to make some real great layouts, by finding great backgrounds through google or http://www.stevehiggs.com.

Skem9 is a really good site. There's a ton of layouts, and not just for myspace. I have dial up though so the site takes forever to load.
